We specialise in the intersection of mental health and substance misuse. Our integrated support plans provide a unified approach to recovery, focusing on stability and relapse prevention, ensuring your complex referrals are in safe, expert hands.
Specialist transition for care leavers
We offer dedicated "Step-Up" support for young adults leaving care. We bridge the gap between children’s and adult services, ensuring no one falls through the cracks during this critical move to adulthood, providing the scaffolding young people need as they move into adulthood.
A "Pathways to Independence" curriculum
We treat independence as a skill. Our residents receive hands-on support with financial literacy, including navigating Housing Benefit and Personal Independence Payment (PIP) claims, education and training through enrolment at Harrow College or local apprenticeships, and practical life skills like cooking, budgeting, and managing a household.
